Always the Runner: Not Finished

Louisiana instrumental act Always the Runner announced earlier this year that they were through with music. Well, 4 days ago they retracted this statement and said the following:

the boys are taking a break from post-rock to start grad school/new jobs. AtR is not dead, only sleeping. Exciting news is on the horizon. Stay Tuned.

Summer Programming + mini interview with a MOVIESTAR

For those of you that have been coming and going and wondering where all of the updates have been, fear no more. I'm back for the summer and stocked full of new music for everyone. Well, that's a little misleading. I have music... it's not really new, though. I'm playing power pop all summer. Most of it is from the 70s and 80s. I'm not abandoning instrumental/post-rock completely, though. July 14th I have Gifts From Enola stopping by to premier some new songs and answer some questions. This mixing of genres in blog form might not pan out, but that's for you to decide. So without further delay, here is the first show of the summer in all 2 hours. Enjoy.
